Both Facebook and Twitter are access platforms and free use for brands. However, that does not mean easy handling and no money to invest and work hours in them.
To give you an idea in a standard weekly work of 40 hours like this your company should invest four hours in updating content on social networking, blogging 7.5 hours, 4 hours reading, filtering and sharing content, 4 hours promoting conversations, 2.5 hours watching the content, 2.5 monitoring, 5 hours designing contingency plans in case of crisis, building communities 2.5 hours, 2.5 hours developing campaigns, 2.5 and 2.5 hours doing analysis hours designing strategies.
